By purchasing the course through any computer, mobile phone or tablet or any electronic gadget, you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms.
These terms and various other policies are binding upon you as per the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 formulated under the Information Technology Act of 2000.
1. Orders, Payments and Delivery
1.1 Once you purchase a product, you will get the link to the course immediately. In case of any queries, you can always send an email to [email protected]
1.2 The pre-recorded course ebooks are available for a lifetime. You can view it as many times as you want, for however long that you want.
1.3 The recorded courses do not come with any 1:1 interaction with me (Niharikaa Kaur Sodhi).
2. Refund/Cancellations
LinkedIn Ultimate Content Mastery has a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase and Summit 21 course permits 5 days to claim your refund.
At any point during this timeline, write to [email protected] to claim a refund. Once processed, the money will be returned to your original payment mode within 3-5 business working days.
If you book a consultation, you get one attempt to reschedule 48h prior. If you don’t show up, you are not entitled to a refund.
For Summit 21, you’re entitled to a single 1-1 30-minute consultation session. Rescheduling is permitted 48 hours prior to the call and no rescheduling or refund is permitted upon a no-show.
3. Privacy
3.1 Privacy Policy: – Please review our privacy policy which governs your purchase of the course to fully understand our practices.
3.2 The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of the website herein. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy herein are acceptable to them.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, charges and terms at any time. The User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Website by the User following such notification constitutes the User’s acceptance of the changes in the terms and conditions.
